No subscription required

One jar, one payment. No automatic refills or future charges. The public $15 sale, TRYILLUMINATE and SHOP15 are one-time purchases. You are not enrolled in a subscription unless you select an optional subscription at checkout.

TRYILLUMINATE, SHOP15 and SHOPSALE15 are promotions from this store, not different sellers.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to place an order. Orders ship to United States addresses only.

Product information and safe use

Illuminate Rx is a cosmetic skincare product, and this store is not a medical service. Product descriptions are provided for general information and are not medical advice or a diagnosis.

Use the product as directed on its packaging and labeling, and stop use and speak with a qualified clinician if you experience irritation or any reaction that concerns you.

Order acceptance

Submitting payment is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm payment and prepare it for shipment. We may decline or cancel an order, for example for a suspected payment problem, a pricing or listing error, or an address we cannot ship to, and we will refund any amount charged for a canceled order.

Pricing, payment, and tax

Prices are in United States dollars and are set by us at checkout. The regular one-time purchase is $129 with free standard shipping within the United States. On an eligible TRYILLUMINATE first order, the $129 price of one one-time jar is discounted to $0 and a $15 shipping and handling charge applies. On an eligible SHOP15 first order, a $114 product discount makes the product price $15 and standard United States shipping is free.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically by Stripe at checkout and shown before you pay. Prices may change, and the price that applies is the one shown in your checkout for that order.

Public $15 sale: one-time purchase

The public sale is one jar for $15, with free standard United States shipping plus any applicable sales tax shown before payment. It is available to new and returning customers through the SHOPSALE15 offer link; no coupon code is needed. Start checkout by September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern. Offers cannot be combined.

First-order offer codes

TRYILLUMINATE is limited to first-time customers purchasing one jar as a one-time purchase for shipment to a United States address. It does not apply to subscriptions, cannot be stacked with another offer, and is limited to one redemption per customer.

For an eligible order, the $129 product price is discounted to $0. You pay $15 shipping and handling plus any applicable sales tax shown by Stripe before payment. Entering the code does not establish eligibility; eligibility is verified when checkout starts and again before fulfillment.

SHOP15 follows the same first-time, one-time, one-jar, United States, no-subscription, and no-stacking restrictions. For an eligible SHOP15 order, the $129 product price receives a $114 discount, so you pay $15 for the product with free standard United States shipping plus any applicable sales tax shown by Stripe before payment.

TRYILLUMINATE and SHOP15 share one first-order program. Redeeming either code uses the one redemption available to that customer, so the other code cannot be redeemed later.

To enforce first-time, one-per-customer eligibility, we create private keyed hashes of the normalized email, Stripe customer identifier, card fingerprint, and named shipping address. We treat an exact email or Stripe customer match, or the combined card-fingerprint and named-shipping-address match, as the same customer. A shared card alone or address alone is not enough.

A reservation can temporarily hold the offer before checkout. Once discounted checkout creation starts, the claim remains locked to that attempt; it is not released merely because a request fails or times out. A later attempt is permitted only after our server retrieves the exact earlier Stripe checkout and verifies that it expired unpaid. A completed eligible payment redeems the offer.

Consent before purchase

Before a checkout session is created you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Shipping, Refunds and Returns policy. We record only the policy version and the time of that confirmation.

Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery is 4 to 7 business days after purchase. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

An order is considered undelivered if it has not arrived within 10 business days after purchase. If your order is undelivered, email illuminaterx@kirschderm.com. After we verify the order and the shipping address, KIRSCH MSO LLC sends a replacement at no additional charge.

Refunds

You may request a full refund, no questions asked, within 30 days after your purchase. The refund covers the full amount paid for that order, including any shipping and handling charge and all sales tax charged. Email illuminaterx@kirschderm.com with the order information needed to locate your purchase. No return of the product is required for this refund.

Optional subscriptions

Subscribe and save is optional. No minimum term or required repeat deliveries. A subscription is not required for any of the one-time offers above.

New subscriptions are offered at two cadences: every 30 days at $109.65 per delivery, and every 60 days at $116.10 per delivery, in each case plus any applicable sales tax and with free standard United States shipping. Existing 90 day subscriptions remain recognized and continue on their selected cadence.

A subscription renews automatically at the cadence you chose, and the charges continue until it is canceled.

Cancel anytime before your next renewal to stop future charges. Use the Manage or cancel subscription link on this site. Cancellation applies to future renewals: your current paid period is not prorated or refunded automatically, and the subscription ends at the end of that paid period. Cancellation does not change our published refund policy.

We will email you at least 30 days before changing an existing subscription price. The change will apply no earlier than the next renewal after that notice, and you may cancel beforehand. We will not change your delivery interval without your affirmative consent.

Intellectual property

The Illuminate Rx name, site content, text, images, and design are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without permission. Buying the product does not transfer any of these rights.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to this site or its systems, do not scrape or misuse it for fraud or resale of counterfeit goods, and do not submit unlawful content or another person's personal information. Please do not submit medical history or diagnoses through review or support channels.

Warranty and liability

We stand behind the refund and replacement promises stated above. Apart from those promises and any warranty that cannot be excluded by law, the site and its content are provided as they are.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any right, warranty, remedy, or protection that applicable law does not allow to be limited or excluded, including your rights as a consumer. Where a limitation is not permitted, it simply does not apply to you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and without limiting any mandatory consumer protection law of the state where you live.

Changes and severability

We may update these Terms. The terms that apply to an order are the ones published when that order is placed. The effective and last updated date is September 6, 2026.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
