Shipping, Refunds and Returns

Shipping

• Standard shipping within the United States is free for regular one-time purchases and subscriptions.
• TRYILLUMINATE is the only shipping exception: an eligible first-time order pays $15 shipping and handling for one one-time jar. An eligible SHOP15 order has free standard U.S. shipping.
• Orders ship to United States addresses only. Checkout does not accept international shipping addresses.
• Estimated delivery is 4 to 7 business days after purchase.
• An order is considered undelivered if it has not arrived within 10 business days after purchase.
• Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Refunds

You may request a full refund, no questions asked, within 30 days after your purchase. The refund covers the full amount paid for that order, including any shipping and handling charge and all sales tax charged. Email illuminaterx@kirschderm.com with the order information needed to locate your purchase.

No return of the product is required for this refund.

Order not received

An order is considered undelivered if it has not arrived within 10 business days after purchase. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

If your order is undelivered, email illuminaterx@kirschderm.com. After we verify the order and the shipping address, KIRSCH MSO LLC sends a replacement at no additional charge.
